I highly recommend the CELPIP training course here! In the early stages of my preparation, I was particularly worried about the time constraints in the speaking and writing sections, thinking it would be difficult to get a high score. However, the structured templates and answering techniques provided by the instructors were very precise and practical, helping me quickly find my way through the questions. The mock exams and predicted exam questions in class were invaluable, saving me a lot of trouble. Ultimately, I successfully achieved my target score, and I'm truly grateful!

The teacher is very professional and improved my grades in a short period of time. The class schedule is also very flexible, with options for both online and offline classes. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Jia Yi IELTS/Jia Yi Education and our top instructor, Owen! 👍 At the end of October, due to visa processing and further education needs, especially with the first stage of the exam approaching, and having never taken any English proficiency tests before and unsure of my actual English level, I chose Jia Yi based on a friend's recommendation—and it was definitely the right choice! Thanks to the attentive and enthusiastic staff member Nicole, I attended a month-long intensive one-on-one course with Owen. Owen is incredibly professional, articulate, humorous, and his analysis of key exam points and techniques is quick, accurate, and effective! Based on my desired score for the first stage, he provided precise training, strengthening my weaknesses and solidifying my strengths, allowing me to go from zero experience to exceeding our initial exam expectations within a month. The exam results at the end of November were fantastic!! Our initial goal was a score of 5, but we surpassed our target for the first stage of the IELTS General Test!! Listening, Speaking, and Writing all scored 6.5, Reading 6, and CEFR B2! A huge thank you to Owen for his amazing and meticulous guidance! 👍👍👍 Next, I'll continue with Owen's second phase of training, aiming for an IELTS Academic score of 7.5 or higher. ❤️

Alex is truly the best CELPIP teacher I've ever had in Richmond! I needed a CELPIP score of 5 for my Taiwanese skilled worker immigration application, and I was incredibly nervous beforehand, as English isn't my strong suit, and I'd heard that the CELPIP exam is very different from IELTS. A friend recommended Alex from Jia Yi CELPIP, and looking back, I know it was the right choice! Alex is incredibly professional in teaching CELPIP! He has an absolute grasp of the entire CELPIP exam structure and scoring criteria. What impressed me most was that he knew I needed a CLB 5 (meaning at least 5 points in each section) for immigration purposes, and he created a comprehensive study plan specifically for me. He told me that many Taiwanese students, accustomed to traditional English exam formats, find CELPIP difficult at first, but with the right answering techniques and strategies, achieving a 5 isn't as hard as it seems. Best of all, Alex's courses are held in person in Richmond! To be honest, I considered online courses before, but I found that face-to-face teaching is significantly different. In a classroom setting, I could ask questions immediately, and Alex could instantly read my expressions to understand what I didn't understand and then explain it again in different ways. Plus, the atmosphere of learning with other students was fantastic; we encouraged each other and shared our learning experiences. After class, we would review together at a nearby coffee shop – a learning environment that online courses simply can't provide. Alex is incredibly nice and patient! I remember once during a speaking practice session, I was struggling and stammering, and he kept encouraging me, saying, "It's okay, take your time, we have plenty of time." He also used very relatable examples to teach us. For instance, when teaching Speaking Part 1, he used familiar places like Richmond Night Market or Steveston Fisherman's Wharf as topics for us to practice describing. When teaching Writing, he used topics related to Vancouver's weather and BC's immigration policies – topics that were very relevant and made practice much more engaging. What impressed me most was Alex's excellent follow-up! He wasn't the kind of teacher who disappeared after class. After each class, he would give us assignments, grade them meticulously, and write detailed feedback. I remember once I messaged him with a Listening question, it was already past 10 pm, and he replied instantly, even sending me a voice message explaining it. This kind of responsible attitude is truly rare! Furthermore, Alex would regularly hold meetings with each student to review their progress! During the three months I took classes with him, we had about five or six one-on-one meetings. At each meeting, he would carefully review my mock exam scores, telling me where I had improved and where I needed to strengthen. He would also adjust the teaching content and pace based on my learning progress. This personalized service really made me feel cared for! Speaking of grades, I really want to thank Alex! When I first started taking classes, I took a mock exam. My Listening and Reading scores were okay, around 5 points each, but Speaking and Writing were a disaster, only 3 points each. I was very frustrated at the time, thinking that achieving all 5s was impossible. But Alex told me, "Don't worry, Speaking and Writing are the easiest to improve. As long as you master the techniques and templates, reaching a score of 5 is definitely achievable." Under his systematic teaching, I really saw significant progress! The Speaking strategies he taught were particularly useful, such as how to use the PREP structure (Point-Reason-Example-Point) to answer questions, how to fully express your thoughts within the allotted time, and how to use transitional words to make your answers sound more fluent. Writing was even more of his strength. He taught us how to quickly structure an essay, how to write paragraphs that meet the CELPIP scoring criteria, and how to avoid common grammatical errors. After three months of solid study, I finally took the official CELPIP exam! I was so excited when the results came out: Listening 6, Reading 6, Speaking 5, Writing 5—I passed them all! Although Speaking and Writing were just barely above the 5-point threshold, I was already very satisfied, as this was the minimum requirement for my immigration application. The moment I received my results, I immediately messaged Alex to share the good news, and he was overjoyed with me too! For those of you who, like me, need CELPIP scores for Taiwan skilled worker immigration or Canadian permanent residency applications, I wholeheartedly recommend Alex's courses! He has an excellent understanding of the CELPIP score requirements for immigration, knows the required CLB level for different immigration programs, and is very clear about the differences between CELPIP and IELTS scoring. If you only need to achieve a basic CLB 5 or CLB 6, he will help you achieve your goal in the most efficient way, without wasting your time. Furthermore, taking in-person classes in Richmond is incredibly convenient! After class, you can easily go grocery shopping at the nearby T&T Supermarket or go shopping at Aberdeen Centre, making the most of your time. The classroom environment is also very comfortable, the equipment is new, and there's even free coffee and tea available. If you're struggling with the CELPIP exam or need this score for immigration, don't hesitate, go find Alex! His professionalism, patience, and dedication are definitely worth the investment. Wishing everyone success in achieving their ideal scores and a smooth immigration journey! Good luck! 💪

I took the CELPIP training course with Jiayi, and it was a really great experience. Even though the classes were online, the teachers were super helpful and supportive. They explained everything clearly and gave me useful feedback that helped me improve fast. The service was very thoughtful from start to finish — they answered my questions quickly and really cared about how I was doing. I felt encouraged the whole time. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how much I’d gain from an online course, but this one was totally worth it. I’m really thankful for their help and would recommend it to anyone preparing for CELPIP or IELTS.

Starting from scratch, I studied at 11sp.com for six months, and now I've achieved the required scores for both CELPIP and IELTS! There are many language training institutions in Richmond, but the teachers at 11sp.com are the most professional. Especially their CELPIP speaking training and IELTS writing guidance, which enabled someone like me with a weak English foundation to pass the exams. Now I'm preparing to apply for PR!
